To all our stakeholders – An outlook into 2019 & where we are heading
Today marks a historical moment of IBDC. We are proud to announce our rebranding process is nearing its completion, and the launch of our brand-new logo, and company website!
In this modern and constantly developing business environment, changes and adaptation are necessary for continuous improvement. We, have also, set our directions in order to deliver a higher quality of work and offer a wider range of services to our existing and new clients. To do so, we will need have a forward planning mindset, and equip ourselves with continuous development and be aware of the latest changes in the industry.
Consequent to the issuance of the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance (“MCCG”) in 2017, it can be seen that over the recent years, authorities and regulators are emphasising on the importance of a sound corporate governance structure, and view this as a key to success within an organisation. We strongly feel the same, hence moving forward, our foresights are set to offer a wider range of consultancy services to our clients revolving around the area of Corporate Governance and other compliance-related or client’s ad hoc matters.
We are also looking into structuring and streamlining our processes in a more systematic way, both internally and externally, which aims to add values and improve efficiency for both IBDC, and our clients. Through a close-knit communication, we hope to understand better our clients’ needs and problems, then to arrive at a solution to address the heart of an issue.
In my personal opinion, trust is fundamental for our company. And to establish trust, it is essential for us to deliver the highest quality of professional services. Hence, I would also like to take this chance to express my deepest appreciation to all our clients who have been continually in support of us in the past years.

Our Corporate Identity
The structure of our logo is derived from a four-leaf clover, which symbolises auspicious signs in life. It is also an anagram of our company’s initial, IBDC. The four letters form four unconfined windows, signifying our future planning and the ability to think outside the box. It also represents the four core values practiced in IBDC.
In the olden days when there was no electric light, people open up the windows to welcome fresh air and sunlight to enlighten their room from the dark. Our unconfined windows visualise we are welcoming you to approach us, to bring in a fresh perspective to your businesses, and brighten up the way to your corporate growth and success.
The symmetrical curves turning into the centre from four directions and ending on sharp edges, portray the IBDC way of resolving problems. We look at matters from different and overall aspects, then exercise our sharp judgement and professional skepticism, before a drawing conclusion to pinpoint the heart of an issue.
Our logo’s bottom left and top right windows are joint together, forming an infinite logo. This represents the needs to strive for continual improvements without boundaries on the efficiency and effectiveness of both our company’s and our client’s systems and business processes.
IBDC’s theme consists of three colours – in line with the tri-coloured etiquette of professional dress codes. The sleek Gold represents value and excellence. White exudes elegance and professionalism. Navy Blue illustrates formality, integrity and wisdom.
